ibersotar was fantastic! the staff like mayli, maria, rosa, and sebastian were all super friendly and helpful. the hotel was spotless and smelled wonderful. we were welcomed with champagne and cool towels upon arrival. our double room with a sea view was so comfy, and the food was delicious with a great buffet spread. the sensations spa left us feeling refreshed!

We enjoyed our time by the beach where the water was warm and clear. The hotel's Fit & Fun program was a hit with everyone, especially the aqua spinning sessions that got us moving together. The vibrant atmosphere made it an exciting stay for the whole family.

My kids wished there were more engaging activities specifically for families, as it felt more suited for adults. A kids' club would have enhanced our stay.
